What's going on?
It's been a while since I've blogged, but I'm still here. We've been staying busy with traveling. This year, since our famly is all spread out, we will have a lot more going to do. We figured out that we will only be home, in Waco, two weekends between now and New Years. Those two weekends we will have company though, so it's not like we'll just be kicking back. We're looking forward to it all, but it will be hectic.
Gabriel is teething. Oh, the joy! He has been extreemly cranky, but he won't sleep (at least not in his own bed.) He isn't even eating solid food this week, which is very uncharacteristic of him. (This comes at a bad time since I just gave away my left over baby food last week.)
Also on the baby front, can anyone recommend a new diaper brand? We've been using Target brand, but now he's been leaking through them like crazy. Even if I change him right before his nap, he is soaked through in two hours. So, I either need new diapers or a lot more sheets and matress pads.
In other news:
Andrew is still waiting to hear how he did on his first round of finals. He won't know for a few more weeks.
And, just in time for Thanksgiving, I'm feeling pregnant. I don't feel too bad as long as I keep a little something in my stomach, but big meals don't sound too good right now. I'm still looking forward to the family gathering.
You know you've been around a pre-k class for too long when you catch yourself telling your 11 month old, "You better not scream at me again or you'll have to change your card."

I asked Tara about the diapers and she uses the Parent's Choice during the day, but at night and nap time he gets a Pampers. So you may just want to try using them when he's sleeping.

My boys leak through most store brands of diapers and surprisingly, Huggies. We've had the most success with Luvs and Pampers.
