3 weeks
Jonah had another check up today. He weighed in at 6 lb 9 oz. It's not great, but it's something. Feeding isn't going perfectly yet, but it is getting better I guess. We're going to try a few more tricks to get things flowing well.
I went to the LLL meeting last night and got a few pointers and lots of support. Mostly it's just helpful to talk to people.

We're going to see HP on Friday. We'll be taking Jonah to his first movie before his big brother has even been to the movies! (Jonah will sleep, Gabriel would NOT.) We're very excited about it.

I'm sorry that he's not gaining as quickly as you'd like him to. I'll pray that he starts packing on the pounds. Keep it up with nursing. These first few weeks are the hardest.

Thanks for the encouragement Rachel. It is very helpful. We've got two weeks before he weighs in again, so maybe I can quit thinking about his weight gain and focus on the feedings.

I think my baby missed the whole sleep where ever you go method. I couldn't dream about taking him to the movies!
