Rachel is a neglectful Blog-parent
This poor blog.
It had an owner who at least sort of tried to take care of it.
But now the ASPCB (think ASPCA but for blogs, not animals) has come in and shut the whole thing down.
Maybe with a little jail time and some thoughtful reconsidering the owner will be able to maintain the blog like it deserves.
I wonder if it has something to do with the fact that we don't have the internet.
